DINITROL 512 2K HM is a black, two-component polyurethane based sealing/insulating and adhesive sealant with the following properties.

High modulus, aging and weather resistant. DINITROL 512 2K HM is specially designed for glass bonding or repair where speed and high performance are required.

Unlike the commonly used 1-component sealants, the reaction of this product is independent of air humidity. This product has a positive effect on the strength of the vehicle body thanks to its high modulus. This product also has low electrical conductivity. It covers all requirements for antenna performance and potential contact corrosion with aluminum vehicle bodies.

Application

DINITROL 512 2K HM should be applied with a suitable static mixer and application gun (P 580 / DP 400). The use of this product is suitable for experienced users only. Pre-tests are recommended for special applications.
