DINITROL 977 is a translucent, water-based liquid anti-corrosion coating for the protection of cavities on vehicles, trucks, wagons and similar where an anti-rust surface is needed. The product has waterproof and high penetrating properties. After drying, a surface finish remains, which has good temperature resistance up to + 120 °C and is almost non-sticky. Once dried, DINITROL 977 does not have the typical odor of conventional varnishes if heated by the sun or engine heat.

Use
Shake or mix the product well before use. The surfaces to be applied must be clean, dry, free from rust, dust and oil. DINITROL 977 can be applied with lightweight airless spray equipment or an air mixing gun with an air pressure of 2-5 bar. If necessary, the product can also be applied by dipping method. Depending on the application, the product can be thinned with water. The product can be sprayed and drip-free without the danger of spraying. Contaminated surfaces and dirty equipment can be easily cleaned with water in a "clean" condition.
